If you are struggling with low mood or anxiety and this is affecting your relationship with your partner, we can work with you both as a couple, to help you to overcome the mental health problem that is affecting your relationship.
Couples therapy uses a problem solving approach to explore how your mental health problem started and how this has affected your relationship with your partner. Both of you will complete a referral form and attend each appointment together.
